FAQs
What is a waste broker?
A waste broker is a company that acts as the middleman between the client and the local waste haulers with the goal of finding the most cost-effective and highest service waste management option for their trash and recycling needs.
Why use a waste broker?
To save the client time and money! We keep the hauling companies honest by auditing every proposal and monthly invoice, so you don’t have to. No negotiating! We are very familiar with the seventeen versions of hauler’s contracts and terms so we can effectively negotiate the best rate and service for your needs. We typically save clients an average of three years of increases from their current billing. Our service pays for itself. It will never cost you to hire us.
Who’s picking up your waste and how qualified are they?
We only bid out your waste account to haulers with whom we have strong relationships. We ensure they have a proven, reliable service record, are insured, and boast a stellar safety record.
How do I handle disputes or service issues?
We are just a call, email, or text away! Green and Blue Waste Solutions will handle any issues that arise, seven days a week. We take it off your hands and put in the time to find the best solutions and communicate them with you.
How do I manage my account?
We audit your monthly hauler statement and resolve any discrepancies before sending it to the client for payment.
How do I request a new service?
We are always available to our clients via email, phone, or text, seven days a week.
